Overview
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Sacred Trails is a spectacular journey into the heart of the Annapurna Himalayas. Outline Itinerary
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a Sacred Trails representative will transfer you to your hotel. Rest or explore the nearby area. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, drive to Pokhara through scenic landscapes. Enjoy views of the Himalayas and countryside. Evening at leisure by the Lakeside. Overnight in Pokhara.
Begin with a drive to Nayapul. Trek through scenic trails to Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village with views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare. Overnight at a teahouse.
Trek through forest trails and small settlements, descending and then climbing to reach Chhomrong – a village at the foot of the Annapurna Sanctuary. Overnight at a teahouse.
Cross the Chhomrong Khola and ascend through dense forests of bamboo and rhododendron. Pass by villages and reach Himalaya Hotel. Overnight at a teahouse.
Trek past Machapuchare Base Camp and continue to Annapurna Base Camp surrounded by stunning peaks. Enjoy panoramic mountain views. Overnight at a teahouse in ABC.
Retrace your steps back from ABC to Bamboo through forests and scenic trails. Overnight at a teahouse in Bamboo.
Trek to Jhinu Danda and enjoy a relaxing bath in the natural hot springs by the river. A perfect way to rejuvenate after trekking. Overnight at a teahouse.
Trek downhill to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara. Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing by Phewa Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.
Drive back to Kathmandu enjoying views of hills and rivers along the way. Free evening for shopping or relaxation. Overnight in Kathmandu.
