Outline Itinerary
Sacred Trails staff will meet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. Free time to relax or explore nearby. Welcome dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Explore iconic UNESCO sites including Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Patan Durbar Square with a Sacred Trails guide. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Enjoy a scenic drive to Pokhara through riverside landscapes and villages. Arrive and check in at your lakeside hotel. Free time to explore the lakeside area. Overnight in Pokhara.
Visit major highlights of Pokhara including Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, Bindabasini Temple, World Peace Pagoda, and enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Phewa Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan. Upon arrival, check in at a jungle resort. Attend a briefing on jungle activities followed by a Tharu cultural dance performance. Overnight in Chitwan.
Enjoy jungle activities including a canoe ride, jungle walk, visit to elephant or crocodile breeding center, and jeep safari in Chitwan National Park. Overnight in Chitwan.
Drive back toward the Kathmandu Valley and stop for a visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Continue to Nagarkot hill station for sunset views over the Himalayas. Overnight in Nagarkot.
Wake early for stunning sunrise views over the Himalayas (weather permitting). After breakfast, drive to the airport for your departure with memories of an easy and enriching journey through Nepal.
